What is Reflexology?

Reflexology is a gentle, nurturing therapy that encourages deep relaxation and a sense of inner calm. By easing stress and tension, it helps support the body’s natural ability to restore balance and wellbeing—key elements in maintaining good health and emotional resilience.

This therapeutic touch is based on the belief that specific points on the feet, lower legs, hands, face, and ears reflect different parts of the body. Through mindful, soothing pressure on these reflex points, reflexologists help to release blockages, restore energy flow, and promote harmony throughout the body and mind.

What to expect during a treatment

Foot and Facial Reflexology

Your treatment begins in a luxuriously supportive zero-gravity chair, designed to elevate your comfort and deepen your sense of relaxation.

Reflexology is a gentle, therapeutic practice that involves applying light, mindful pressure to specific reflex points on the feet or face—depending on your chosen treatment. These points correspond to different areas of the body, helping to restore balance and promote a sense of wellbeing.

For foot reflexology, only your shoes and socks need to be removed, allowing you to remain fully at ease throughout the session.

Zone Face Lift

The Zone Face Lift blends facial reflexology with Japanese massage techniques and healing herbal-infused products. Using gentle pressure points and specialised facial tools, it helps lift, sculpt, and refresh the face — leaving you feeling brighter, lighter, and naturally rejuvenated.

Indian Head Massage

Your session takes place in a supportive massage chair, designed to help you fully relax and unwind. You’ll be wrapped in a soft towel for comfort and modesty, with your upper back and shoulders accessible for the treatment.

This deeply calming massage focuses on the upper back, shoulders, neck, and scalp—areas where tension often builds. Through gentle, flowing movements, the treatment helps to release stress, ease muscle tightness, and restore a sense of balance and tranquillity.

What to expect after treatment

Every individual responds differently to holistic therapies, and there is no single "right" way to feel afterward. You may leave your session feeling deeply relaxed, calm, or even refreshed and energised—ready to embrace the rest of your day.

As reflexology and massage can help stimulate the body’s natural detoxification processes, it’s important to drink plenty of water after your treatment. This helps to flush out any released toxins and support your body’s rebalancing.

Occasionally, you may experience a temporary reaction such as lightheadedness or mild fatigue. This is completely normal and simply a sign that your body is adjusting and returning to a state of balance.
